Key Responsibilities:

• Explain EV charging solutions including home chargers, commercial chargers, and fast-charging systems. 

• Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into confirmed customers. 

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV charging infrastructure solutions. 

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate with technical teams for site feasibility if required. 

• Maintain accurate customer data, follow-ups, and sales records in CRM systems. 

• Build long-term relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. 

• Conduct site visits to assess location feasibility, understand customer requirements, and coordinate with the technical team for accurate EV charging or solar solution planning.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Residential/Commercial solar projects in Gujarat and nearby markets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with factories, plants, and commercial clients.

• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
• Prepare proposals, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure smooth project conversion, Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

Eligibility : 

• 2+ years (in Sales, preferably Industrial/Project Sales) or industrial project sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector will be an added advantage.
• Engineering in the field of Electrical, Energy Systems, Mechnaical and any related branch with business background preferred.

Experience:

• Experience in service of solar industry is advantage
• Freshers are welcome with good knowledge solar energy service

Responsibilities:

• Update all meter and service data in proper excel sheet
• provide basic technical support regarding system operations and maintenance of solar system
• Responsible for maintenance of service log
• Provide service and solution in 48 hours to client
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot issues with existing solar installations to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide on-site support and training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of their solar systems.
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Eligibility : 

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Auto CAD design of solar project
• Site survey and Site analysis
• BOM Calculation as per design
• Create detailed technical drawings, layouts, and schematics for solar power installations using design software
• Perform electrical load calculations and energy production estimations to determine the correct system size and configuration
• Prepare and maintain accurate design documentation, including system specifications, project plans, and performance simulations

Eligibility : 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering).
• A focus or certification in renewable energy or solar energy can be an added advantage.

• Handle both incoming and outgoing calls to potential and existing customers.
