Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Explain EV charging solutions including home chargers, commercial chargers, and fast-charging systems.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into confirmed customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV charging infrastructure solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate with technical teams for site feasibility if required.
- Maintain accurate customer data, follow-ups, and sales records in CRM systems.
- Build long-term relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct site visits to assess location feasibility, understand customer requirements, and coordinate with the technical team for accurate EV charging or solar solution planning.
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic understanding of EV charging systems, electric vehicles, or renewable energy solutions.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
